2 Dried chilis
1/2cKetchup
2tbWorcestershire Sauce
2tsChili powder
1 Juice of two lemons
1/4cRed wine vinegar
2 1/2tsSalt
1/4tsTabasco
2tbPepper
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Bay leaf
1/2lbButter
2tsDry mustard

Simmer all ingredients 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
